By scheduling an appointment, you agree that all bookings are secured with full payment at the time of scheduling unless otherwise specified. Appointments may be canceled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time for a full refund. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, including missed appointments or no-shows, are non-refundable. Appointments may be rescheduled once at no cost if the request is made at least 24 hours in advance; however, rescheduling requests within 24 hours may be denied or result in forfeiture of payment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session while still being subject to the full appointment fee. Exceptions to this policy may be made at the discretion of management in cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
